I have no MODS enabled on the game at all. I can get the issue to resolve usually by closing the game entirely and re-launching, however it always returns. I have tried lowing Graphics Settings on the game to the lowest settings with no change I have also checked Utilization for RAM / CPU and GPU - All well below 50% (Usually in the 15-30% range) CPU usually around 40C and GPU is usually around 40C - 50C
I have checked my CPU and GPU Temps when this happens on the chance that its Thermal Throttle - No dice. All traffic slows to a crawl no matter what speed I have the game play set at. After some time (variable) I will notice that the game starts to run VERY slowly. I can start the game up and it usually plays with no issues for a while. Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible. After Dark, Snowfall, Green Cities, Industries, Airports
